Job Information

This is a part time, stand-alone position working over 2-3 days - supporting the company with all aspects of HR, ensuring that the database and all employee files are compliant and up-to-date. The HR Generalist will report to the Management team. Key Responsibilities include;

• On-boarding for new joiners
• Update the company induction process
• Prepare all HR letters including offers, contracts and job descriptions
• Administer the probation process - arrange relevant meetings with management
• Keep the employee handbook up to date and relevant
• First point of contact for any HR related queries including holidays, absences, maternity and paternity leave etc.
• Maintaining the HR database and HR documents - ensuring that files and electronic files are filed appropriately and maintained.
• Inputting employee data on to the database including holidays and absences.
• Return to work interviews for long-term sick employees.
• Recruitment - Advertising vacancies on the company website and external recruiter sites and arranging interviews.
• Manage leaver administration - process all documents and arrange exit interviews.
• Arrange necessary training for employees
• Manage work experience and internships - sending potential candidate information for management to review, arrange work schedules for candidates and interview for some roles.
• You will be required to complete all other ad hoc HR duties.

Candidates must have worked in a stand-alone position previously and to a similar level.
