Branch Insurance Director - Leeds

Up to £75,000 per annum DOE

Cameron James are working with one of the UK's leading Insurance brokers who provide thousands of clients with guidance on creating the Insurance solutions that protect their assets.

Our client is seeking a leader to look after a Retail Broking Branch. They are specialists in, but are not limited to, transport and logistics. The Branch that you will be responsible for has a well-established and knowledgeable team.

You will be dynamic and driven, able to lead, motivate and empower people to achieve success and growth of the business.
Operational expertise is important however your Sales excellence and proven leadership ability will be more beneficial as this is where you can add the most value.

You may already be a successful Branch Manager or Director who would like a similar role but with an ambitious and progressive organisation.

You will have experience with a commercial broker or insurer as this will give you credibility and confidence to quickly add value to the team, Commercial Insurance is a must.

The key skills and experience that you will need are;

• ACII - preferred.
• Experience leading and motivating an extended trading team.
• Extensive knowledge of the general insurance intermediary market.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
