Job Information

My exclusive client based in Hatfield is currently looking for a Financial Controller to head up their Finance team, to ensure that the business is fully controller and accounted for.

Candidates will have previously worked within the hospitality sector therefore be able to hit the ground running and bring their expertise with them.

Key duties include:

• Producing monthly accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Supervising the accounts department
• Submitting of tax returns
• Producing plans, budgets and forecasts
• Reviewing of financial procedures and controls
• Providing of accurate accounting and financial reporting to management and Board of Directors
• Training and developing of accounting personnel
• Ensuring strict compliance with local fiscal legislation
• Oversight of purchasing
• Implementing of IT systems

Profile:

• Experienced financial controller in hospitality industry
• Hardworking and self motivated
• Proven supervisory and communication skills
• Ability to speak Mandarin is ideal but not essential
