Job Information

I am currently recruiting for a Sales/ Accounts Administrator contract to cover a maternity leave, initially for a 6 month period but this is likely to be extended.

Looking for candidates who can start at the beginning of February this is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and market leading company.

The candidate must have previous office experience and ideally have worked with Sage line 50 (however this is not essential) but order processing experience would be advantageous

The role will include:

• Processing purchase orders
• Allocating payments
• Processing of weekly expenses
• Chasing outstanding debts
• Signing off orders and jobs
• Dealing with queries
• Assisting with arranging deliveries and shipments of goods
• Inputting of invoices
• Assisting the finance team as and when needed

Candidates must have:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong accuracy skills
• Committed and able to work under pressure

This position will be offering a competitive salary of cĀ£22k dependent on experience
