Your role

The role gives you the opportunity to take control of your career, with input to the development and placement strategy for your clients - the account is yours to grow, but with the backing of a rapidly expanding, chartered broking organisation.

Targeted with portfolio growth, you will focus on meeting and nurturing prospects and clients holding high level business conversations and ultimately securing business.

As your role expands there is scope to build a team to support ongoing growth.
You will be at home in a target driven environment, although the client is keen to stress you will be given the time and support to get it right.
