Job Information

Our Client is a large firm of Financial Advisors recruiting for an EB Account Manager.
The main responsibilities and duties of this position include but will not be limited to:-
To Account Manage the Employee Benefits arm of the firms group of companies.
Report Writing
Ensuring all new business documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely fashion to providers
Overseeing existing schemes and dealing with annual reviews/renewal arrangements
Dealing with ongoing enquiries/questions from staff members of existing schemes and overseeing the maintenance of employee benefit records through the use of on line systems.
Keeping up to date with employee benefit related industry changes, including attending seminars and workshops and some client meetings
Coordinating and prioritisation of work flow between Employee Benefits and other departments within the business.
Performing other duties as required/assigned.
Person Specification

The successful applicant will ideally be able to demonstrate the following:
The requirement for this role is a minimum of three years work experience as an Account Manager within an employee benefits office and have at least one year’s experience and knowledge of Auto Enrolment.
Financial Services background is essential
