We are working with a well-established property business and they are recruiting for a HR Assistant to join the business.

Providing support to the HR manager, the role will be involved with all generalist HR duties, in addition to administration and support to the operations of the business. Key duties will include;

•Providing HR support to the HR manager, dealing with all aspects of HR administration and assistance
•Responsible for maintaining and updating accurate HR records for employees
•Dealing with the full on-boarding process including; Preparation of contracts, referencing and collating necessary paperwork for new starter packs and Training administration
•Dealing with HR queries from employees
•HR administration
•Invoicing and staff expenses
•Assisting with the preparation and processing of the payroll
•Involved in operational projects - setting up new offices, relocation of offices or closure of offices.
•General administration and support - Organise meeting room/ outings, facilities and functions, Occasional minute/ action taking
•Dealing with third party suppliers, IT, auditor and lawyer queries
•Supporting the sales teams -Producing KPI reports and analysis.
•General operational and administration assistance

For this role candidates will have proven HR experience at this level and be keen to take on more responsibility.

In addition to the HR duties, the role will also involve supporting other departments across the business - operational, sales, admin and general PA duties to Directors.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, in addition to a friendly positive attitude and personal drive.
