We are working with a well established PR / Communications business and they are recruiting for an experienced Learning / L&D Manager to join the business.

Reporting into the Directors the role will be responsible for the L&D function for the business. This will include managing the training offering for 230 employees in the business, be first POC for any learning queries and support all learning administrative processors that underpin the L&D function.

Key duties and Responsibilities will include;

•Managing our face to face training offering - this is around 20 sessions per month. Including manage the scheduling and delivery, Track and monitor take up and engagement
•Deliver key communications for all training and learning activities - new sessions, spaces, reminders, cancellations, non-attendance and re-scheduling
•Manage the feedback process and provide management information relating to training attendance
•Organising and managing the training schedules
•Internal and external trainer management - Ensure trainers understand their role, be main POC for all trainers before sessions to ensure they are informed and engaged
•Research potential new learning training programmes / suppliers
•Process invoices and maintain accuracy of budget tracker
•Develop and maintain professional relationships with external training course providers
•Create and maintain program / session materials, including designing and updating of PowerPoint presentations, program handouts, etc.
•Create and manage the International and internship programmes
•Be responsible for managing the Graduate programme, providing support and materials to offices and managing the 2 week induction
•Coordinate and work as part of the management team on share sessions for the business
•Manage and update the employee induction programmes, working on continuous improvement around the on-boarding, new starter training and induction process
•Managing and overseeing 1 L&D Administrator

For this role candidates will need to have proven experience working at this level and be confident with managing the L&D function.

For this role it is essential that candidates hold knowledge and experience within PR / Communications / Marketing (or similar) industry.
