Job Information

My client is a leading UK company who are a specialist in their niche market. Based from their Huddersfield Head Office, they are now looking to strengthen their HR department with the appointment of a HR Administrator.



Summary of the role

The HR Administrator will be involved with supporting the HR team with general administration support. Collating information and working on the in-house HR system will provide the team the accurate information required with all HR matters.

In addition to HR administration, you will also be working with the payroll department inputting accurate salary information. This is a crucial part of the role and the timely and accurate inputting on the companies systems is essential.

On a adhoc basisl, you will maintain and update the disciplinary and recruitment spreadsheets ensuring that all relevant documents are accurate and up to date. Experience working with the microsoft suite of packages is essential to be an imiddeiate success in the role.

Requirements

Essential
? Experience of working in a fast-paced HR & Payroll environment, having a confident telephone manner.
? Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
? Team player who is able to work to individual and shared deadlines.
? Demonstrate proficiency in IT, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office Tools Outlook, Excel and Word.
? Have achieved a GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above in both English and Maths.
