About the Role:

• To lead and manage the procurement services team
• Provide administrative, technical and transactional procurement services to support category management requirements and Procurement strategy
• Documenting library experience
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards
• Standard operating Procedure management



About you as the Procurement Services Team Leader:

• Good knowledge of Procurement processes, procedures and governing legislation
• Good awareness of contract law, standard forms of contracting and regulatory / legislative requirements and the consequence of non-compliance
• IT literate, a high level use of MS Excel, previous use of ERP systems would be essential within the role
• You must be confident communicating at all levels both internally and externally
• Highly organised able to prioritise your work load
• Strong management experience
