HR Systems & MI Administrator
We are currently working with a leading national charity in Wakefield looking for a HR Systems & MI Administrator
You will be working on potential projects with the HR Project Consultant and HR Manager to deliver the HR Strategy, as well as providing generalist support on a range of ER/HR issues.

These issue will be in line to attract, recruit, retain, develop and motivate high quality people who share their values across all functions and divisions and to facilitate sustainable high performance through their people.

The Role:
Ensure that the MyHR (Core) system is updated, maintained and developed to meet Trust, HR and payroll objectives
Contribute to key decisions relating to the system and related processes, identifying opportunities for process and systems improvements to enhance services and address issues

Create new processes to deliver management information and HR services with a strong emphasis on automation
Ensure the integrity of the data that is stored in MyHR is maintained, running routine queries and quality controls

Develop and conduct training on MyHR as appropriate and relevant for different audiences to ensure that all users are able to utilise the system effectively

Develop communications and engagement initiatives to keep the Trust up to date with system change and developments, including the development and maintenance of user guides

Develop scripts relating to HR and Payroll policies, procedures and legislation, so that quality information and guidance is provided and interpreted correctly

Identify where HR and Payroll can add value by fully utilising systems and the use of management information

Deal with day to day queries from customers and escalated issues in relation to use of the MyHR system

The Candidate:
Proficient with IT and Excel
MyHR or CoreHR preferred but not essential
Experience and sound knowledge of HR
Experience of Charity or public sector preferred but not essential
