Cameron James are working with an international organisation, based in Central London, who are looking for a German speaking HR Advisor to join the team.

Reporting in to the Operations Director (Head of HR) the role will have an ER focus with other Generalist HR areas, main duties include;

• Implementing and developing a performance development appraisal system - Discussing performance issues with staff, providing and managing all paperwork, sending actions / agreements.
• Documenting all relevant information and producing written outcomes on day-to-day cases.
• Managing a case load of ER cases - dealing with all areas of general Employee Relations - Grievances, Disciplinary, Time-keeping, Long-term sickness, performance management and absence management etc
• HR Administration and ad hoc tasks such as generating Employee Contracts and other HR letters.
• Liaising with Swiss and German offices on HR related issues
• Producing HR reports for the CEO and Operations Director
• Supporting the Sales Manager from a HR point of view.

This is a varied and hands on HR Advisor role, with focus on managing ER and supporting managers and employees with performance management.

As the role is covering international offices, there will be regular travel to the German offices - so candidates must be willing to do this.

Candidates must have experience working at a HR Advisor level and have proven ER experience. Good understanding of the disciplinary process within the EU, in addition to coaching and advising managers.
