My client, based in Central London are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their continually expanding company. This role is responsible for providing accountancy and administrative assistance to the finance team.

Main Duties:

• Purchase ledger : processing invoices; checking purchase invoices; invoice distribution; processing cheques; preparing remittances
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Maintaining cash books
• Prepare & submit VAT Returns
• Credit card management
• Credit control
• Petty cash reconciliation
• Assisting with month end preparations

Key Skills:

• 5 years’ + experience in a similar role
• Intermediate + Excel skills
• Sage 50 experience
