My client is an extremely reputable company within the Manufacturing industry. Due to continued growth and success, they are now looking for an energetic, lively and customer focussed individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. Reporting in to the Customer Service Manager, the candidate will be responsible for offering first class customer service ensuring that customers enjoy a positive experience, whilst adhering to company SLA's. Other responsibilities include;

• Dealing with general enquiries via telephone and email.
• Providing first class customer service.
• Resolving any issues or disputes at the first time of asking ensuring reduced repeat caller rates.
• Working towards set KPI’s.

In order to be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have previous Customer Service experience within a call centre environment. This is a fast-paced role and will suit a customer focussed individual who enjoys problem solving. The chosen candidate will possess the following skills;

• First class communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong telephone manner.
• Ability to work towards set targets and KPI’s.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
