My services Client based in the Harpenden area are currently increasing their team and looking for a Purchase ledger clerk.Ideal opportunity for someone who is wanting to join a growing team.
Duties include:
Match, batch and coding of invoices
Entering information onto the system
Ensuring invoices are authorised and posting on time
Monthly payment runs via BACS
Producing manual cheques and posting onto the system
Liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any anomalies
Verifying new supplier forms
Key skills:
Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
Strong communication skills
Prioritising workload
