My services Client based in the Harpenden area are currently increasing their team and looking for a Purchase ledger clerk.

Ideal opportunity for someone who is wanting to join a growing team.

Duties include:

• Match, batch and coding of invoices
• Entering information onto the system
• Ensuring invoices are authorised and posting on time
• Monthly payment runs via BACS
• Producing manual cheques and posting onto the system
• Liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any anomalies
• Verifying new supplier forms

• Strong communication skills
• Prioritising workload

Offering a competitive salary of cĀ£21 - Ā£24k dependent on experience.
