Cameron James is proud to be working in partnership with an accountancy practice based in Cumbria, they are seeking a HR Advisor on a 4 month Interim basis.

The successful person will be able to manage a 360 Generalist role within a team. Ideally from a background in the private sector, the main necessity is for this person to have worked on difficult and complex ER cases/projects, supporting them on the process and policies and recruitment.

- Provide the full range of generalist Human Resources activities and duties including disciplinary procedures, grievance procedures, sickness absence, time and attendance, flexible working, redundancy and whistleblowing.

- Provide support to the relevant line manager, ensuring they are kept up to date with all matters of importance or where their intervention may be required.

- Complete weekly reports on all case work.

- Support line manager with policy development
