Cameron James is working with a large Global Entertainment Company who is looking to expand their HR team of 7 with a HR and Training Coordinator.

The business has approximately 1,500 employees across 8 National Locations and 60 employees in the Head Office.

You will be supporting the HR team and the Training and Online Learning Consultant, as well as efficiently and accurately completing administrative tasks within the HR team. Main Duties include;

• The role will be weighted approximately 75/25 HR to Training. (may vary)
• HR Administration
• Administering the new starters and leavers, including obtaining references, providing references to new employers and administering Contracts and Offer Packs.
• Managing the recruitment inbox and responding to queries.
• Managing the employee rewards inbox, answering any of the employees’ queries in relation to their benefits and rewards. Also, processing season ticket loans.
• Collating and archiving the leaver files.
• Assisting with the administration of the Online Learning Systems, including the online portal and the employee app.
• Supporting the Senior Administrator with inputting of Payroll for starters and leavers.
• Processing Employee Rewards orders on a monthly basis.
• Assisting with booking training courses.
• Supporting the Development/Assessment Centres including preparing documents
• Ensuring that the HR & Training teams have the required resources for the day and any ad hoc assessment centres.

To be considered for the role you must have solid HR administration experience/skills and be confident with the use of HR and Training Systems. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
