Cameron James are currently working with an established and prestigious manufacturing client who a seeking a newly created role of HR Manager.

The role is a regionally focused, standalone position covering 2 sites in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. Managing the people interest of c400 employees, this is a true generalist role dealing with the entire HR spectrum of ER issues.

You will deal with the recruitment lifecycle, training agenda and provide a complete support function to line managers at all levels. This is a classic generalist role.

Part of the business is unionised and experience dealing with union issues is a distinct advantage.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner in the delivery of a variety of people assignments and projects.

As an individual, my client is looking for someone who is ideally CIPD qualified. To succeed in this role is the adaptable and flexible nature of your character. This is a demanding role where variety is the key word.

A manufacturing background would be ideal, however consideration will be given from other fast paced environments. Experience dealing with dual site management would be ideal but not essential.
