We are working with a prestigious organisation and they are looking to recruit an experienced and capable HR Manager.

Reporting into the Head of HR the role will be responsible for managing a team of 4 people and provide a wide-ranging senior level HR service to around 700 employees. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

•Partnering with a range of managers and leading a small team to ensure that a high quality HR generalist service is provided
•Working in a varied HR role to include; Performance and absence management, employee relations, resourcing, change management, employee engagement and involvement, L&D and reward.
•To advise, guide and review the HR team in the delivery of their service to the department, ensuring that processes are efficient, and that the team provide an influential and high quality service.
•Overall responsibility for the coordination and delivery of volume and seasonal recruitment programmes, ensuring that front line employees are recruited on time and within budget (Overseeing this process, managed on a day to day basis by the HR team).
•Provide guidance and advice on the screening, assessment and on-boarding of candidates, including the design and implementation of innovative and effective sourcing and selection strategies to meet the needs of recruiting Departments and to encourage a diverse range of applicants.
•Lead on senior recruitment campaigns, complex employee relations cases, consultation exercises and other change activities.
•Support the senior management team to continually review and communicate their Section/Branch plans, ensuring they have the relevant L&D support that underpins the organisations strategic plan and the Investors in People model.
•Continually track and assess the performance of the HR team against Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
•Support HR projects and the implementation of HR initiatives across the wider Household.

For this role candidates will ideally be CIPD Qualified and have proven experience at this level, within a generalist HR Management role.

Excellent communication skills and professional attitude are essential, in addition to having sound knowledge ER and UK Employment LawER g..

Candidates will need to hold proven management experience and in addition to having strong generalist HR experience, be confident overseeing large seasonal recruitment campaigns
