Cameron James are working with a Distribution company who are looking for a Regional HR Advisor who will be based in the Bristol Office. The role requires travel to the different offices across the South East and South West. You will be reporting into the HR Manager based in Carlisle. Main Duties Include;

• Advising Line Managers on Employee Relations matters.
• Supporting Line Managers on HR Issues.
• Generalist HR
• Recruitment
• Some HR Administration, although there is a HR administrator based in Carlisle.
• Some aspects of Training.
• Employment Law
• Disciplinaries and Grievances
• Travelling to the offices

As the role requires travel you will be provided with a Company Car.
