I am currently recruiting for a Head of Finance within a Charity Organisation, due to company expansion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that is continuing to increase.

Ideally candidates will be from a similar background within charity and it is essential that candidates are Qualified either CCAB/CIMA/ACCA

You will be managing a team of 4 and reporting directly into the Finance Director.

Duties will include:

• Contributing towards strategic and organisational decision making at senior management and Board level.
• Projecting and forecasting of trends and updating systems and policies
• Preparing annual budget and forecasts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
• Monitoring projects expenditure against budgets, preparing management accounts
• Preparing financial reports for major grants and projects
• Providing support and advise to allow decisions, including reports
• Managing annual audit including year end procedures and accounts
• Preparing financial reports
• Keeping up to date with changes in financial regulations and legislation and advise management accordingly

Key skills:

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA/CCAB
• Ideally from Charity background
• Previous management experience

Offering competitive salary of c£45k (dependent on experience)
