This is a truly exciting time to join the company, as they have plans to grow rapidly and move in to new state of the art offices in the near future. My client is a two-time Guinness World Record Holder and has established relationships with some extremely influential and well respected celebrities in addition to globally renowned institutions.

With such ambitious growth plans, the main responsibility of the Social Media Officer will be to engage with online communities through various social media channels, which include Facebook, Flikr, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. Other responsibilities include;

• Analyse the success of activities, translating anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media activities.
• Conduct competitive analysis studies of the social media campaigns carried out by competitors.

In order to be successful within the role, the chosen candidate will have a passion for social media and demonstrable experience of raising an organisations profile through the deployment and management of social media campaigns. Other key competencies include;

• Experience of using social media applications such as HootSuite, TweetDeck and other similar media tools.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a complicated workload.
• Experience of sourcing and managing content, development and publishing.
