Cameron James are working with a Business Support Company who are looking for an L&D Advisor to join their HR team of 4. You will be looking after all of the training activities for the organisation.

Main Duties:

• Looking after the training process and training activities for the London and Chester Offices
• Develop plans, programmes and strategies from scratch.
• play a key role in the creation of and/or delivery of e-learning packages
• Identify the training needs for the company and individuals
• Take an active role on performance coaching with key stakeholders
• Organising, tracking and delivering training events and programmes either in-house or through external agencies
• Working closely with the recruitment team and Reporting on training needs and acting accordingly
• Managing and assisting with the company inductions and quarterly welcome events
• Training administration (supported by the HR administrator)
• Working on the employee engagement projects
