My client, based in Hungerford, are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date accounting records whilst reporting to the company Accountant.

Main Duties:

· Maintaining financial records

· Data processing

· Month-end closing reconciliation

· Handle invoicing, expenses & outgoing payments

· Performing bank reconciliations

· Completion of VAT/PAYE/NI

· Balance Sheet Reconciliation



Ideal Candidate:

· AAT qualified / Trainee / or QBE

· Intermediate Excel skills

· Good numerical & analytical skills



This role will suit someone who is looking to build upon their existing experience and develop their skills. For this position, my client is offering a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 dependant on experience as well as multiple other benefits.
