Location: West Yorkshire

Salary: Β£24,000 - Β£28,000 DOE

My client is an extremely well established not-for-profit organisation based in West Yorkshire. Due to unprecedented growth, they are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The main responsibility of the role will be to raise the profile of the organisation ensuring that new audiences are attracted across the range of the business, attracting new investors, funders and sponsors. In order to achieve this, it will be the Sales & Marketing Managers responsibility to create a cohesive and in depth marketing plan to increase engagement with stakeholders. Further responsibilities include;

• Designing and implementing a tactical and coherent marketing plan with themed marketing campaign including direct and digital marketing, websites, events, PR, advertising and social media.
• Be the first point of contact for sales, developing a sales pipeline and overseeing sales coordination.
• Preparation of creative, visually stimulating materials for products, presentations, literature for events and seminars.
• Curate and grow the company social media presence.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing performance for continuous improvement including ROI.
• Undertake market research with existing and potential audiences.
• Plan innovative and profile raising events.
• Ensure brand adherence and commission services are in line with the brand.

In order to be considered for this role, the candidate must have experience of developing and implementing marketing plans whilst also having experience of working within a sales environment and managing the sales process from start to finish. Other requirements include;

• Strong influencing and persuasive skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• First class rapport building skills whether it’s over the phone, via email or face to face.
• Ability and confidence to deliver presentations to prospective supporters.
• Ability to sell and promote the work of the organisation both face to face and digitally.
• Highly target driven and motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative.
• Confident and personable individual.
• Ability to organise and prioritise whilst working to tight deadlines, but ensuring quality is not compromised.

It is essential that the chosen candidate must have completed a Chartered Institute of Marketing accreditation.
