My client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service role in Hayes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business who is looking for someone confident with excellent customer service to be able to join a business and build a relationship with their own clients.

You will be allocated a portfolio of warm clients who you will manage on a day to day basis, in order to build the relationship and increase their sales.

Duties will include:

• Upselling of products
• Maintaining relationships
• Dealing with sales queries
• Sourcing products and negotiating with suppliers
• Issuing quotations and within margin limits
• Negotiating terms with customers
• Confirming orders and managing
• Liaising with logistics departments to arranging transportation and maintaining profiles
• Issuing invoices
• Updating customers with status of orders
• Confirming good received

Offering a competitive salary of c£20000 - £23500 per annum
