Salary: £16,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £22,000)

Cameron James are currently working with a market leader within the product insurance sector, assisting in their search for a Direct Telesales Agent to join their team on a permanent basis ASAP. Joining a small but successful team, the Direct Telesales Agent will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities and retention through providing a first-class sales experience resulting in profitable and compliant sales as well as satisfied customers! Other responsibilities include;

• Making outbound calls to existing and lapsed policy holders on an automated dialler.
• Answering any inbound renewal sales calls.
• Updating and maintaining the company CRM system.
• Ensuring all calls and documentation are compliant.
• Issuing policy documentation.
• Collection of customer payments.
• Working towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.



In order to be successful in this role, the chosen candidate must have demonstrable experience within an outbound telesales role. They must be able to show consistency in not only achieving sales targets but also exceeding them. Other requirements include;

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Target driven individual who is money motivated.
• First class sales and negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decision.
• Experience of objection handling and selling the benefits of the product.
• Ability to tailor a sales approach based on the customer.
• Resilient and relentless attitude.
