My award winning and respected client throughout the East Midlands are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their existing HR Team in Grantham.



JOB SUMMARY:
To provide general HR administrative support and assist to the HR Team consisting of, HR Director, HR Associate Director, HR Manager, HR Advisors, HR Officer and HR Assistant and clients across all locations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help manage electronic filing within HR database and prepare client lists for legislative updates and marketing activities

To help maintain the HR database to ensure at all times it is completely up to date.

Produce timely reports which include: Long service, PHI,PI, monthly admin FT/FTE, sickness absence and other ad-hoc reports

Undertake administrative duties with regard to the recruitment process for all offices. Assisting the HR Advisors with advertising, acknowledgements, interview arrangements, offer letters and contracts of employment.

Assist with administrative duties surrounding team changes across the Group. This includes supporting with the processing of all information from payroll and preparing confirmation letters.

Client invoicing : IRIS

Conduct annual salary audit

Keep up to date with all filing

Assist with the processing of starters/leavers in a timely way

Assist with the H & S collation of driving licenses, H & S booklets, annual declarations etc

Maintain organisation chart

Maintain holiday records for all staff

Attendance at HR committee.


Person Specification

Ideally CPP qualified or equivalent with a desire to develop HR skills and knowledge

Must possess IT skills to operate in-house programs and prepare and develop spreadsheets as necessary.

Must be able to actively manage own workload and take responsibility for meeting deadlines.

Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills.
