An IFA practice with an oustanding reputation across the Buckinghamshire region are looking to add an experienced IFA administrator to their office in the heart of Gerrards Cross.This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of the entire Sales Support function and for this reason they are seeking an exceptional candidate.

The Role
• Support a team of 5 advisors with all of their administration including pre and post meeting packs, new business submission, valuations, templated suitability reports and ad-hoc secretarial duties
• Be able to work independently and utilise the autonomy provided in a positive and productive manner
• Support the pensions director and take over back office functions to allow to increased client-facing hours and ultimately an improvement in their productivity
The Candidate
• Must be locally based and highly experienced working at a comparable IFA firm, providing back office support
• Must have some strong systems experience, either using Plum, Intelligent Office, XPLAN or Adviser Office
• Must have experience completing all of the above duties to a high level and at a good pace

• An above-market-average salary of up to £35,000 for the right candidate as well as medical insurance and AE complaint pension
• Flexible working hours dependent on experience and productivity
