Our Clients are a market leading firm of Financial Advisors based in London and the East of England. Due to expantion they require the services of an experienced Sales, Marketing and Business Development Manager for their office in Chelmsford.

You should have a solid background within the Financial Services industry and be able to demonstrate Business Development success.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and retain chartered corporate status and improve communication of credentials
• Recruitment of new advisers to the firm
• Business Development of referrals from professional connections - pensions, expert witness work, trustee investment Management
• Maximise use of Iress and increase business efficiencies and improve service delivery internally and to the consumer in conjunction with the service delivery manager.
• Improve service and measure Return on Investment from lead flow
• Create and maintain compliant portfolio performance email (and social media) marketing
• Create corporate brochure and welcome letter for all new enquiries promoting all business lines: Wealth, General Insurance, Wills and LPAs, Accountancy
• Write and maintain quarterly newsletter for all channels
• Assisting in the sales management and training of new advisers

Deliverables bonus:

Will be discussed on application
Remuneration:

• Salary: c. £50,000 basic salary
• 5% plus 5% Pension
• 4x death in service
• Deliverables Bonus: £10,000

Experience:

We expect the successful candidate to have already achieved a demonstrable sales track record at a senior level in a respected financial services business.
