Job Information

Cameron James is working with an Engineering company who are recruiting for a brand new role within their Head Office, a HR Business Partner focussing on Training and Development. You will be joining an established HR team of 2 and covering the 65 employees.

The role encompasses Generalist HR with a focus on Training and L&D. Main duties include;

• Design, Develop and Implement training programmes and training plans - manage both outsourced and in-house training
• Create clear development plans
• Manage the induction process
• Organising and participating in staff 1-2-1’s
• Analyse training needs/knowledge gaps and implement an efficient/appropriate training plan for the employee’s needs.
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions
• Maintain and manage the in-house training facilities and equipment
• Employee Relations - Disciplinaries, Grievances, Conducting investigations
• Counselling employees and supervisors
• Recruitment - assisting with the process and making adjustments when necessary
• Updating policies and procedures
• Maintaining the HR Database

To be considered for this role you must have preferably completed your CIPD or be in the process.

For this roles location having your own transport would be beneficial, they have their own car park.
