Job Information
Cameron James are working with a Distribution company who are looking for a Regional HR Advisor who will be based from their Carlisle Office.The role requires travel to the different offices across the North of England from Manchester to Glasgow/Edinburgh.
You will be reporting into the HR Manager based in Carlisle.
Main Duties Include;
• Advising Line Managers on Employee Relations matters.
• Supporting Line Managers on HR Issues.
• Generalist HR
• Recruitment
• Some HR Administration, although there is a HR administrator based in Carlisle.
• Some aspects of Training.
• Employment Law
• Disciplinaries and Grievances
• Travelling to the offices
CIPD would be desirable but is not essential.
As the role requires travel you will be provided with a Company Car.
