Job Information

• To provide business support to oneFinancial Adviser, working within the agreed business objectives
• To be proactive within this varied role, which will encompass elements of report writing, compliance, research and general financial services administration
• Potential to also work with the Practice Manager and further develop the role
• To provide shadow support as required for the finance administrator with regards to e-commissions and month end reconciliation
• To maintain the highest possible ethical and professional standards at all times



BSU Paraplanner/Senior Administrator



• To assist with non-advisory paraplanning , plus provide administrative support
• Current and detailed knowledge of intermediary market in financial services
• To compile suitability reportsfrom structured templates
• Preparing research, agendas and paperworkfor client review meetings

• Administrative support to encompass the processing of research, new business and client valuations

• To act as a liaison point for clients and providers

• To maintain and update client information
• To assist in the development and use of research software such as IRESS/XPLAN, AWS Morningstar and Selectapension(full training provided)
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role

• To provide ad-hoc shadow support for the financial administrator with regards to the company financials

• To assist with the reconciliation of e-commissions and
• Potential to develop the role into a Team Leader position

Qualification requirements and Experience



• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
• Knowledge of IRESS/XPLANSoftware and AWS Morningstar would be an advantage
• Have at least 5years’ relevant experiencewithinFinancial Services, plus experience within report writing
