My exclusive client, a professional services organisation in Leeds are looking to recruit a talented Learning and Development Advisor

As Learning and Development Advisor, you will be partnering with an experienced Organisational Development Manager to produce and deliver an innovative and engaging L&D function. This is a time of significant change for the organisation who support 460 employees.

You will liaise and engage with Line Managers and Key Stakeholders across many levels of the organisation.

This is a "seachange" time for the L&D function which is now pivotal in delivering a "coaching for performance" methodology.

Within the role, you will be jointly driving:

Development Reviews
Skills Analysis
Leadership Coaching
Talent Management Tracking
Culture & Values Awareness
Developing the existing Internal L&D platform to be more seamless
Research and introduce new e-learning options
Involvement with Apprenticeship Training Development
