Role: Mortgage Protection Administrator
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 DOE

Cameron James is currently assisting a major player within the mortgage industry in their search for a Mortgage Protection Administrator. This is a new role within the company and is due to continued success. The main responsibility of the Administrator will be to provide first class administrative support to the Mortgage Protection Advisors. Other responsibilities include;

· Filing, scanning, photocopying of all relevant documents ensuring the back office is up to date and well maintained. Due to the sector being an extremely well regulated one, compliance is a major part of the role.
· Liaising with lenders, solicitors, clients, estate agents and financial advisors ensuring all documentation is submitted.
· Maintaining business logs.
· Processing quotations and sending them out to relevant parties.
· Dealing with suitability reports/letters for both Mortgages and Protection.
· Diary management of events scheduled for the Mortgage Protection Advisors.
· Dealing with any incoming general enquiries.

Working alongside 2 other Administrators, the chosen candidate must have a first-rate work ethos and must be able to communicate with both Administrators and the Mortgage Protection Advisors ensuring all relevant parties are kept up to date with all office processes. The chosen candidate must also;

· Have first class organisational skills and be able to juggle numerous responsibilities at once.
· Be able to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines whilst ensuring quality of work is never compromised.
· Have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
· Have experience of working within the Mortgage sector is highly essential and is a pre-requisite for the role.
