Cameron James is working with a expanding manufacturing company who is looking for a training coordinator on a perm basis



To ensure that effective training systems and processes are in place to attain and maintain the required standards in all operational areas of the business.

Responsible for training/re-training of systems and procedures and all company policies across all shifts in all areas of the factory.

Internal auditing against ISO standards and development and upkeep of the training audit system

Identify compliance training requirements for colleague’s site wide.

Administration and coordination of external training courses and coordination of external trainers on site

Producing and delivering site specific class room training packages



Nationally recognised training qualification

5 years experience in an industrial training environment, preferable in the food industry

HACCP, Food Safety and Food Hygiene qualification preferred but not essential

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
