The company

• A well-established, long standing IFA with a growing team are looking to add an IFA Administrator to their admin centre
• Covering two offices, this firm have a high level of new business coming through and need someone to take ownership of processing this
• The admin centre houses all the back-office team and is a fantastic culture with lots of scope for learning
• There may be scope for progression into Office Manager from this role

The role

• Sales support for 2-3 IFAs, supporting with everything from new business submission to templated suitability reports
• Utilising Intelligent Office to keep a secure client CRM and have one place for updating all the information
• Taking ownership of training and supporting the more junior IFA administrators, also chasing providers
• Some PA responsibilities such as diary management, scanning and answering client enquiries

The candidate

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an IFA administrator, processing pensions, investments and protection business
• Strong back office systems knowledge, either using Plum, Avelo, Intelligent Office
• Polished and professional, as you will have client contact and contact with providers
• Experience writing suitability letters from templates and producing valuations
