Senior Placement Insurance Broker - Leeds

Salary up to £40,000 + Bonus, pension, Life insurance and Medical Insurance and other benefits.

Our client, a leading Independent Broker, is seeking an experienced Broker to join its Team. As Senior Account Hander / Broker, your role will include:

• Preparing market documentation, with or without assistance from broking staff in terms of marketing strategy
• Preparing policies where appropriate and send to producers for approval
• Assisting in preparing presentations to clientele
• Reviewing submissions from producers
• Broking to Local and other relevant markets
• Ensuring that all market documentation is closed in a timely and appropriate manner
• Keeping track of impending renewals, requesting up to date information in sufficient time to enable terms to be obtained
• Assessing the needs of the client and service as appropriate across all areas of the business

The successful candidate will possess:

• Extensive experience within a London Market broker, having worked on a varied cross class basis
• Knowledge of relevant products and approving regulatory / statutory requirements for the classes of business
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum Cert CII Dip or above desirable
