Mortgage Paraplanner Processor

£22,000-£29,000 Pro Rata


Cameron James is currently working alongside a market leading Whole of Market Mortgage Brokerage within the Leeds area. My client is looking for a diligent, professional and highly efficient individual with demonstrable experience within the whole of market mortgage industry. Due to expansion, they are urgently seeking an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner to work alongside their Mortgage Advisers on a Part Time basis.

In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Mortgage Advisers by, researching lenders for the best solutions that meet each client’s financial needs, producing quotes and supporting evidence as required and processing the mortgage application in a timely, efficient and compliant manner.

You’ll need a shrewd eye for detail and of course, strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Communication is key as you will be liaising with clients and lenders. You will need to work to deadlines, under pressure and have the ability to multitask.

Our ideal Mortgage Paraplanner will;

• Have at least 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Paraplanner or previously worked as a whole of market Mortgage Adviser (with CeMAP qualifications).
• Have superior telephone communication skills with absolute commitment to first class customer service.
• Be confident using IT and database packages.
• Contribute to continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate a willingness to contribute to team beyond own immediate tasks.
• Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• Have good analytical and communication skills.
• Have the motivation and drive to succeed in all they do.
• Proven ability to work on own initiative.
• Provide high quality technical, administrative and research support to the advisers.

Salary will be between £22k and £29k (dependant on ability & experience).
