Cameron James are currently working with a global market leading logistics business. We are looking for an experienced HR Rep to provide a comprehensive HR service to the Directors and Managers across the business. The role will be a 12 month FTC and reporting to the HR Manager.

You will work with both the HR team and Senior Management at various locations across the UK from the North West upwards on operational objectives, support strategic projects and provide practical guidance to Directors and Line Managers on all HR activity. This role offers a variety of work and will include supporting Directors and Managers in all areas of employment, ER, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals, change management

The ideal professional will:
Have experience within a fast paced environment and within the private sector
Exceptional communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to liaise with professionals at various levels
Be able to work autonomously and be hands on
