Job Information

As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be reporting to the engagement and development manager to produce and deliver an innovative and engaging L&D function and support all levels of staff within the business.

Working closely with the Learning and Development team, you will design, deliver and manage the busy Learning and Development schedule for both front line and management colleagues. You will business partner key stakeholders at all levels and project manage our leadership development programme and develop our e-learning offering.

Within the role, you will be jointly driving:

Customer Service training
Skills Analysis
Leadership Coaching
Talent Management Tracking
Culture & Values Awareness
Developing the existing Internal L&D platform to be more seamless
Research and introduce new e-learning options

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified within a clearly defined L&D Delivery role in your present role. Current training delivery experience is essential to make a swift and significant impact to the changing organisation and the ability to delivering at senior level is essential
