Directly authorised under the financial services authority, they deliver a services to clients through two separately regulated companies offering tailored propositions according to the needs of the customer.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities of a Paraplanner

High level of Sales support
Report writing
Undertaking analysis and proposing solutions for individual clients
General administration duties : database management, letters to providers/clients, dealing with incoming post, franking, telephone answering/contact with clients and providers
Compilation of research material
Liaison with product providers, consultants and clients.
Handling on going servicing queries on behalf of the advisers
Establishing and maintaining files and records
Problem solving on complex cases

Experience:

CII Certificate in Financial Planning as a minimum requirement
A high level of technical expertise in pensions and investments essential
Experience
Extensive experience in working for an independent financial advisor in a similar role preferred.
Remuneration & benefits

Employed position;
Basic salary between £25K p.a. and £30K p.a. depending upon experience;
