The Company:
A chartered Firm of Financial Advisors based in Crawley with offices throughout South East England. Established and very well respected require an IFA Administrator.
Job Role - Duties & Responsibilities
The following position includes, but is not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
" Providing administration and support services to IFAs
" Dealing with day to day client and provider enquiries
" Preparing for client meetings
" Analysing and interpreting data obtained during client meetings
" Analysing client's existing products to determine whether they meet the client's current objectives
" Preparing product comparisons for analysis by adviser
" Preparing draft recommendation reports ensuring they meet clients objectives
" Preparing and submitting applications and supporting documents
" Keeping track of fees and chasing where appropriate
" Preparation of client fee invoices
" Maintaining client files in line with Compliance procedures
" Diarising and arranging client review meetings
" Building and maintaining client relationships through face to face and written/telephone communication
