The Company:A firm of Financial Advisors, to HNW individuals and Corporate Clients, extremely established, you will be in a team of 8 other Paraplanners and Sales Support Administrator supporting a team of over 20 advisors.

The Job:
Providing technical support to IFAs including product research (investment; pension; life assurance; protection); investment fund performance
All new business and servicing administration
Preparation of Suitability Letters and Client Reports
Preparation of regular Valuation Reports for investment clients
Preparation of paperwork for clients including new applications; servicing forms; trusts; fee agreements; invoices
Submission of life/investment/pension applications (paper; online)
Dealing with general (existing) client enquiries where no advice is required
Liaising between clients and IFAs as appropriate (where advice is required)
Liaison between IFAs and clients with insurance/pension companies and investment companies
General administration including setting up and maintaining client files and records
General administration of group schemes
From You:
Sound technical knowledge of investments, pensions and protection.
Ideally partly qualified, or willingness to undertake relevant industry examinations
Friendly disposition with clients, work colleagues and business contacts.
Ideally experience with Intelligent Office.
