We are working with a premium brand 5* Hotel group and they are looking to recruit a Training & Development Advisor / Manager to join the business.

This role would be initially for a 6 month contract, with a view of going permanent. Candidates will ideally be available immediately, or on short notice

Working as part of a HR team, this is a new and exciting position working for this luxury hotel and will be focused around managing and developing all training and staff development for the site. This role would be ideal for candidates with proven experience within T&D / L&D looking to move into a stand alone role, that offers fantastic scope to progress - both full and part-time hours would be considered.

Hotel / Hospitality industry experience is essential for this position. Key duties and responsibilities include;

• Designing, implementing and responsibility for all new staff inductions
• 5* focus on training and development
• Design and delivery of service standards and new staff training across all areas of the hotel
• Responsible for on-going training and development of employees both in and out of probation
• Design and delivery of all training manuals and training syllabus material
• Statutory training for Food Hygiene and Health & Safety required
• Create a learning environment which provides and commits to a high end personalised guest service
• Supporting and coaching line managers on all aspects of training and staff development

For this role candidates will need to have proven experience within the Hospitality industry and have good exposure to effective training and development of staff.
