Our client is a financial services organisation based in Surrey specialising in Wealth Planning to HNW individuals. The business is expanding and is likely to treble in size over the coming year. There is a requirement for a Chief Operating Officer to join its senior management team reporting directly to board of Directors.

The successful candidate will lead the establishment and running of the organisation day-to-day. This will include overseeing business performance, leading operational decision making to ensure that the organisation achieves its strategic outcomes and meets KPIs. The role also entails monitoring the effectiveness of operational policies and managing the effective delivery of support services including HR, Compliance and Paraplanning and the day to day management of the back office administration function.

The ideal candidate should have previous Management experience within Financial Services either Wealth Management Planning, IFA or Investment. Excellent report writing skills and analytical skills are a must. Ideally qualified to level 4 via CII or CISI. Good degree of secondary education.
