INSURANCE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Due to our huge success and continued growth, we are currently recruiting in our Leeds office for a new Recruitment Consultant to join our hugely successful Insurance team, working with candidates and clients across the UK.

From past experience candidates with experience and knowledge in the sector they are working do really well, as they understand the job and can speak with credibility to clients and candidates.

The role is very sales focused, busy, varied and managing your desk is like managing your own business : you get out what you put in.

We offer basic salaries c£18,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience) and offer a really good package. BUT the main reason people work in recruitment is the bonus you can earn. This is uncapped and we offer one of the best bonus schemes in the recruitment industry. You can realistically earn £35,000 OTE in Year 1, £45,000 + OTE in Year 2 and £60,000 + in year 3.
