An opportunity to join an exciting and growing sports coaching charity as an Accounts Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to develop a career within a busy finance department and wants to gain exposure of various accounts procedures within the office. An AAT studier looking for a more in-depth role would be well suited to this position.

The main duties of the Accounts Administrator role include:

• Matching, Batching and Coding of invoices
• Inputting invoices onto ledgers
• Query resolution
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Checking staff timesheets before payment / assisting with payroll
• Assisting with preparation of quarterly VAT figures
• Producing spreadsheets
• Assisting with the preparation of month and year end management accounts

The successful accounts administrator should be enthusiastic about developing a career within finance, you may be studying or looking to begin studying your AAT and have some experience within an accounts position. Experience of finance systems are advantageous but not essential although you will have a good working knowledge of MS packages such as Excel.

For this role you must have excellent time management skills, an analytical approach to prioritising workloads and an ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst working under pressure.

The company offers a salary of up to £17,500 dependant on experience and also has a generous holiday allowance along with other fantastic benefits.
