Cameron James Professional Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Officer to join a leading Financial Services sector client based just on the outskirts of Leeds (walkable from the City Centre)

This organisation has grown from strength to strength and proudly leads the market within their specialism.

You will be joining a small and very busy team of HR Professionals and reporting directly into the HR Manager. Providing full HR generalist support to include recruitment, performance management, ER support combined with providing insight and support to key projects to include change management and restructuring.

Within your role, you will also provide guidance and learning to the HR team of Administrators and Advisors, conducting 1-2-1`s and support their daily activities and long-term development.

Ideally you will have previous Financial Services sector experience and thrive in this environment. Able to demonstrate a recent full HR generalist skill base. Hold clear communication skills and thrive working in a busy and varied environment.
